I have recently engaged Tradstone, a family company, for maintenance and building work on my cottage. Michael and David Pollinger have replaced an inadequate and broken concrete driveway, enlarged it and built a surrounding stone wall all sympathetic to my house and the surrounding area.

The groundwork was thoroughly excavated first then built up to provide a levelled area on a sloped site which has much improved the overall look to the front garden and house.

There is an opportunity here to comment on workmanship: - Very reliable. Ensuring I was informed on dates and timings.

Attention to detail. At the end of each day the site was left tidy. Worked at a steady pace throughout the day (whatever the weather). Consideration to me and awareness of neighbours in order not to cause little disruption.

In conclusion I am pleased and proud of their finished work and would not hesitate to recommend Tradstone to others.
